Single-Sided PCBs
Single-sided printed circuit boards are the most cost-effective option and suitable for a wide range of applications. With components on one side and a conductive copper layer on the other, they are ideal for simpler circuit designs.
Double-Sided PCBs
Double-sided PCBs feature conductive copper layers on both sides of the board, connected by plated through-holes. This allows for more complex circuits and higher component density than single-sided boards.
Multilayer PCBs
Multilayer PCBs consist of three or more conductive copper layers, enabling high-density interconnect designs for advanced electronic applications. Ideal for telecommunications, medical devices and complex control systems.
Note: Multilayer boards (6+ layers) are manufactured through our offshore manufacturing partners, maintaining the same quality standards and with full project management by the Master Circuits team.
Flexible Circuits
Flexible printed circuits are designed for applications where the board needs to bend, fold or conform to tight spaces. Built on flexible polyimide substrates, they offer excellent durability and reliability in demanding environments.

Aluminium / Metal Core PCBs
Metal core PCBs use an aluminium base to provide superior thermal conductivity. Ideal for LED lighting, power electronics and applications that generate significant heat and need efficient thermal management.
